Founded in 1991, Hothouse Design has evolved into a graphic design company with a focus on clear communication.

The two directors met while working as product developers for a large Japanese manufacturer during the mid ‘80’s to early ‘90’s when quality control and assurance were the heroes of the day. That solid grounding in process design and quality assurance underpins all activities at Hothouse Design today.

Over time, the work undertaken by Hothouse Design has moved through logo design, brochures, annual reports, websites to information design projects such as instructional graphics, way-finding maps, form design, automatically updated price lists and instruction manuals. We relish the opportunity to unravel complex problems and translate them into simple terms.
